One to one sessions
I work with many aspects of our human condition and experiences; trauma, addictions, anxiety, bereavement, depression, eating disorders, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, stress. The work can also help to facilitate moments of transition, connecting to more creativity, living with meaning and purpose.
I also work with people who may be with a deep longing for truth, have been on a seeking path for some time, or are awakening to their deepest nature and truth.
The sessions unfold relationally, meeting what arises with openness and curiosity in the moment. As we explore together, we also make space and listen for what may be hidden or repressed to surface, or for aspects that may need attention, expression or unbinding. We offer awareness without agenda or wanting to fix or change, simply meeting and welcoming what is, trusting the innate intelligence of what is arising.
In welcoming awareness, inner conflicts and beliefs in the mind can cease, tensions, and trauma held in the body can naturally unravel, enabling energy and life to flow freely once more. We may incorporate sound, movement, breath, embodied enquiry, or simply stillness and silence. Each session is unique.
The explorations can facilitate a shift from identification with conditioned self to a deeper, embodied experience of our deepest nature and ‘inter being’. As inner shifts occur, your deepest nature just beneath, behind and within any suffering can reveal itself and shine through, already free from the constraints of conditioning. It may be directly experience that ultimately, there is no separation. Gently, the body and mind can re align with this felt knowing.

Working together
Introductory session
We can arrange a free of charge introductory session of 30 minutes. This is an opportunity to meet and see how it could be working together. You can share your intentions and any concerns and questions you may have. There is no obligation to continue and anything you have shared with me will be held in the strictest confidence.
Core Process Psychotherapy Sessions
If we decide to continue, we arrange a regular time to meet each week. I offer a safe, supportive space that welcomes all that you are and all that you bring to each session. Together we explore the nature of your concerns and inquiries. The process is open ended and we review every 6 weeks. One to one sessions are currently offered online. Sessions are conducted weekly or fortnightly with each session lasting 1 hour.
6 session container
I also offer two hour sessions in a 6 week container. These sessions may have a more specific intention, or maybe purely exploratory and open. The sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or tailored to suit your lifestyle. These incorporate more facilitation of the practices; embodied inquiry, movement, breath practices and meditation. I also suggest and offer practices that you can incorporate at home.
These options can be discussed on the initial, introductory call.
Confidentiality
All sessions are carried out in the strictest confidence. I have regular supervision from an accredited Core Process Psychotherapy supervisor.
Core Process Psychotherapy qualifications and accreditations
I hold a Masters Degree in Core Process Psychotherapy from the Karuna Institute. I am also accredited by the UK Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP) and am a member of the Association of Core Process Psychotherapists (ACPP)

‘If wholeness is already present, not some distant goal, healing manifests once there is awareness of that which is already healed. A paradox when seen from this perspective’.
